  Modifications: Marsh Crest Field may update these conditions at any time. Continued use of this site following a posted update constitutes your acceptance of the revised conditions.

5. Service engagement terms

• Scope definition: all engagements begin with a written scope document that describes deliverables, timelines, and acceptance criteria. Work outside the defined scope is subject to a separate agreement.

• Client responsibilities: the client agrees to provide timely access to relevant systems, staff, and documentation as required for the engagement. Delays caused by lack of access may affect delivery timelines.

• Acceptance: deliverables are deemed accepted if no written objection is raised within 14 calendar days of delivery, unless the engagement terms specify otherwise.

6. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to treat as confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement for a period of three years.

• Confidentiality does not apply to information that is already publicly known, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

7. Governing law and dispute resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to the courts with jurisdiction over Okayama-shi, Kita-ku, Japan.
